December 2016 Part 2- Hungarian Santa

Do you remember that feeling when you were little and you would wake up on Christmas day? It was as if magic was in the air, right? That is how I felt a few days after Christmas because on December 27, Santa (in the form of a chill Hungarian man named Andy) delivered to us the best present of all…

You can’t even imagine our excitement! We were all smiles! Our dream had finally come true and we owned a real food truck now! As we went through final inspections with the health department, Andy showed us how to operate everything from the generator, to the truck, to the lights. It was such a great day. Before the year ended, we just had to transfer the title to the company and register it in the state of Washington. So we essentially had to sit at the DOL for days…

Lastly, we had to make sure we had our permits from the health department like food handlers card and event permits. Just so everyone knows, I did better than Cam and Brian on the tests. We were ready.

2017 was going to a year of challenges, but we were so excited for what was to come. Little did we know 2017 was the year from hell…
